@Dulcie: Have a look here, it will give an overview of the building and its structure. This building is at La Defense, it's full of big towers, office buidling. The Arch itself has been build to celebrate the French Revolution.

magnifiques petites toiles d'araignée et ombrelles sur la gauche, après les mouches, tu ferais aimer tout ce métal, moi qui ai horreur de cela ... lumière somptueuse pour Soyouz dans Paris, excellent cadrage, 5 stars !!!
