Nicely spotted :) I love the colors the light gives to the fur, and glow of sund in the tail above/behind it's head provides something that looks like a halo. Cool stuff.

Mignonne cette photo prise dans des condtions d'éclairage à contre-jour pas trop faciles. Je ne suis pas un grand fervent du flash mais dans ces conditions, j'aurais peut-être tenté un léger "fill-in" (mais on a pas toujours le temps d'y penser... :o/
Il sont partout ces écureuils... même à Paris ! ;o)

@Bertrand Duhamel: Je ne sais pas si le flash aurait été très efficace, il était vraiment haut... j'ai poussé le zoom à fond (300 mm quand même)... oui, et heureusement... celui-ci c'était au Bois de Vincennes...

Such a cute Red Squirrel. I haven't seen a 'Red' for years, as the American Grey squirrel has taken over most of England, and the Reds are confined to more isolated parts of the country.

ok, elle est un peu "pleine pastille", j'aurais aimé que l'écureuil soit un peu décentrée, mais sinon j'adore.
Il est mignon tout plein et surtout j'aime là aussi l'angle de prise de vu et la lumière en contre jour avec ces branches noires et juste ce qu'il faut de lumière sur l'écureuil pour en voir l'essentiel. c'est pour cela qu'un léger recadrage aurait renforcé l'effet graphique des branches.
