I would like to thank each of you for the sweet coms I've found (took me a while to read them all) !!!
Both images (see yesterday's) have been "HDRized"... it really adds power to certain images, what do you think about it ?

Cette photo (ainsi que celle d'hier) ont été traitées en HDR... cela donne vraiment une atmosphère particulière à certaines photos... qu'en pensez-vous ? Je me suis littéralement régalée (miam) à faire d'autres photos HDR et en utilisant 3 expos différentes (mais parfois, je n'en ai utilisé qu'une - et oui - c'est cool, non ?)

Disons qu'on perd le côté "vintage" de la précédente...... c'est plus tonique, sans être exagéré ou aigrelet en couleurs... j'aime beaucoup aussi... les matières sont bien accentuées, et le relief est différent...

J'aime beaucoup ce sujet, les matières rouillées, le bois, les toiles... et je préfère sans hésiter la photo d'hier au traitement en parfaite harmonie avec le sujet. Celle-ci privilégie le rendu des matières et des couleurs et est peut-être plus flatteuse à l'oeil mais l'atmosphère y perd un peu.

well, i think i like yesterday's better; the colors and textures here are interesting, but yesterday's has more depth and feels more real. but a fun comparison, nonetheless.
p.s.: whare'd you go on vacation?

@paulski: I remained in France, in le Jura, not very far from Switzerland in fact... there was no one, I was isolated in the green !! A dream !

The colours here are very appealing, but I personally prefer yesterday's image - I think it looks more natural.

These colours are richer, deeper and look good. I think yesterdays image was a 'bit' sharper.

Peut-être une petite préférence pour celle d'hier qui garde un aspect plus naturel.
Pour ce qui est du thème ! là, j'adhère totalement et finalement, les toiles d'araignées sont photogéniques.

Ici l'utilisation HDR est evidente alors que la photo d'hier il pouvait s'agir d'une lumiere debouchant les zones d'ombres. En principe le HDR doit permettre de se rapprocher de ce que voit l'oeil humain mais il est tres facile de deborder cette frontiere (avec photomatix?)... les couleurs ne paraissent alors plus naturelles et je n'aime pas trop le HDR dans ces cas la mais je sais qu'il y a beaucoup d'adeptes...

Je préfère celle d'hier, car je trouve qu'ici, la photo devient trop "plate", elle perd de sa profondeur. En passant d'une à l'autre, j'ai vraiment l'impression que la photo "normale" est tri-dimensionnelle, et pas celle-ci. Néanmoins, les couleurs de la photo d'aujourd'hui sont très intéressantes.

Interesting to compare the two photos. This one is almost fantastical, like it belongs in a fairy tale. I think I prefer the previous day's though. A bit darker and moodier. They're both great though.
