@paulski: Yes, I've turned the picture to B&W first, then to sepia tone... I've selected the sky, and only the sky, used the radial blur and... that's it...

Une belle compo et un effet sur le ciel bien réalisé. Merci pour l'explication que tu a donné à Paulski. Je n'avais pas encore pensé à utilisé le flou radial pour ce genre d'effets. Dans ma dernière photo c'est le vent qui à fait le travail.

Hi Florence from here in the UK I love this one the movement in the sky & the vignette really sets this moody shot off.
